Donations are 100% tax deductible and approved for all Act 20/22 & Law 60 Donations. The International Chamber Orchestra of Puerto Rico, a project of the American Cello Institute, Inc. is exempt from taxes under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States, and under section 1101.01 of the Internal Revenue Code of Puerto Rico.
Law 60 | Act 20/22 Donations
The ICOPR, a project of the American Cello Institute, Inc. is on the CECFL’s approved list of nonprofits to receive the full $10,000 donation for Law 60 as an organization that addresses the eradication of childhood poverty through the arts and education. The American Cello Institute is also approved to accept Act 20/22 Donations.

~1,000s of families in underserved communities with free concerts and educational events
~Hundreds of one-on-one masterclasses for music students of all ages and abilities

A letter certifying your donation will be sent after your contribution is received.
The American Cello Institute, Inc. is certified as a nonprofit organization for Act 20/22 and Law 60 donations under the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code Section 1101.01(a)(2) and all donations qualify.
Your donation letter will state the exact amount of US Dollars donated and the date of your donation.
