Outreach Events
ICOPR’s outreach program benefits children throughout Puerto Rico, sharing the mesage of peace, unity and brotherhood through the power of music. During the two week festival, the ICOPR performed and gave masterclasses to 1,000’s of children and families in towns and cities throughout Puerto Rico.

Color Your World With Music
Connecting Through Music
After listening to a performance with members of the International Chamber Orchestra of Puerto Rico, school children have the opportunity to interact with members of the orchestra.
ICOPR in Mayagüez
Nearly 200 school children from Mayagüez interacted with ICOPR artists and young artists in outreach events and masterclasses.

ICOPR in Ponce
350 students and adults from the Centros Sor Isolina Ferré in Ponce, Caimito & Guayama traveled to PUCPR in Ponce to listen and interact with the artists of ICOPR. They listened to the music of Beethoven, Mozart, Haydn, and Grieg and shared in intimate conversations with Maestro Emilio Colón. After the concert, the children were invited to meet the artists and their instruments.
